unit available for lease, Unit B6. This unit is located on the north west corner of the property. The inside of the unit measures 20' x 24' (480 square feet). Its corner placement allows for approximately 600 square feet of additional show space, with 6 parking spaces for your customers. There are over 60 parking spaces in between buildings A and B.

Units at the Tucson Showplace are considered a permanent show location. Leasing these unit allows the tenants year round access and storage. It also allows the tenants to set up and take down for the February show at their convenience. Receiving large shipments at the Showplace is easy. There is an accessible forklift and pallet jack for tenants use. Freight trucks can easily access the Showplace from South Freeway Ave. |

| The entire property is secured with an electrical security system, and each units has its own security key. Tenants may make alterations and renovations to their leased space as long as the improvements are approved by management and meet all building codes (i.e. construction of an office space or private storage area). |
